📑 General Conditions of Sale (GCS) – MIYU

1. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all sales of products offered by MIYU via the website www.miyukbeauty.com.
Any order placed on the site implies the customer's full acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and visuals are provided for information purposes only and have no contractual value.

3. Price

The prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
MIYU reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

4. Orders

The customer validates his order by following the online ordering process.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices, product descriptions and these T&Cs.
A confirmation email is sent after validation and payment of the order.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal or other secure methods offered on the site.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to France and the European Union, according to the shipping policy indicated on the site.
Preparation time: 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery time: 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination.
MIYU cannot be held responsible in the event of delays due to the carrier or exceptional circumstances (strikes, holidays, force majeure).

7. Returns and Refunds

MIYU's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.
