At MIYU , we make it a point of honor to offer you a smooth and fast experience, from ordering to receiving your products.

⏳ Preparation times

  • All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours after payment validation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment.

🚀 Delivery times and areas

  • Metropolitan France : 2 to 4 working days on average.

  • European Union : 3 to 7 working days depending on the country.

  • We work with reliable carriers (Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, DHL) to guarantee a secure service.

📦 Delivery costs

  • Standard delivery in France: free for purchases over €50 .

  • Below this amount, fees are calculated automatically at the time of payment.

  • For international shipping, fees vary depending on the country and carrier chosen.

🔍 Order tracking

Each package is shipped with a tracking number that you will receive by email. You can track the progress of your order in real time.

⚠️ Delays or incidents

Although we do our best to ensure fast delivery, some delivery times may vary depending on the carrier or exceptional periods (holidays, promotions, strikes).

Any anomaly concerning the articles (damage, article missing from the order form, damaged or open package, broken or defective article, etc.) must be notified, on the same day of receipt or at the latest 3 days following receipt, to the head office of MIYU by registered mail or by email to the following address: hello@miyukbeauty.com

Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected and MIYU will be released from any liability.

If the above conditions are met MIYU will then proceed to refund the defective product(s), the customer will be able to reorder and then MIYU will reship the missing product (subject to the validity of the customer's request).

All articles offered by MIYU are subject to the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. (See Guarantee paragraph in our General Terms and Conditions)
